NOTICE OF REFERENDUM
BRACEBRIDGE HEATH NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN AREA
Referendum on the adoption of the Bracebridge Heath Neighbourhood Plan
1. A referendum will be held on Tuesday 8 March 2022 to decide on the Question below:
‘Do you want North Kesteven District Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Bracebridge Heath to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?’
2. Applications to be included on the register of electors for this referendum must be received no later than 12 midnight on Friday 18th February 2022. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote.
3. New applications for, or amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of existing proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at North Kesteven District Council, Council Offices, Kesteven Street, Sleaford, NG34 7EF by 5pm on Monday 21st February 2022.
4. New applications to vote by proxy at this referendum must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at North Kesteven District Council, Council Offices, Kesteven Street, Sleaford, NG34 7EF by 5pm on Monday 28th February 2022.
5. Applications to vote by proxy at this referendum applied for on grounds of physical incapacity, or because of works reasons, that occurred after 5pm on Monday 28th February 2022, must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at North Kesteven District Council, Council Offices, Kesteven Street, Sleaford, NG34 7EF by 5pm on Tuesday 8th March 2022.
