BRACEBRIDGE HEATH PARISH COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that, following the resignation of Darren Parr, a casual vacancy has arisen in the Office of Councillor for the Parish Council, for which a valid request to hold an election has been received from ten electors within the parish.
Pursuant to Part 2 (6) of the Local Government and Police Crime Commissioner (Coronavirus) (Postponement of Elections and Referendums) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020, the election will not take place until after 5th May 2021, or until such time that the Government brings forward this later date once COVID - 19 rules are lifted.
The position arising due to the resignation will remain vacant until the election has taken place.
