Prohibition of waiting - St John's Road, Bracebridge Heath

LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(BRACEBRIDGE HEATH – ST JOHNS ROAD)
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) AMENDMENT ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting set out in the Schedule below.

  • Extend existing no waiting at any time up to bus stop.
  • Introduce bus stop clearways 7am to 7pm
  • Introduce no waiting 7am to 7pm from existing bus stops to Grange Road and Mount Road junctions.

Exemptions are included which will permit waiting for disabled persons’ vehicles and for the purpose of picking up or setting down passengers, loading or unloading of goods, the maintenance of the roads, and works in connection with the supply of gas, electricity, water and telecommunications apparatus.
