NOTICE OF ANNUAL PARISH MEETING FOR
BRACEBRIDGE HEATH
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THATThe
Annual Parish Meeting for Bracebridge Heath will be held at the Methodist Church Hall on
Grantham Road on Monday 25th April 2022 at 7:00pm
Refreshments available from 6.45pm
Local government electors for the parish will be entitled to vote at the meeting which will be open to the public.
The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows: -
1. To receive apologies for absence
2. To confirm the minutes of the previous meeting – 2nd March 2021
3. Presentation by Debbie Barnes OBE, Chief Executive of Lincolnshire County Council
4. To receive a report from the Chairman of the Parish Council
5. To receive Parish Council reports:
a. Amenities committee
b. Environment committee
c. Finance & Policy committee
d. Executive sub-committee
6. To receive a report from Lincolnshire County Councillor Cllr Cawrey
7. To receive reports from North Kesteven District Councillors – Cllrs Burley, Cawrey and Moran
8. To receive reports from village organisations
9. To thank community volunteers and receive volunteer reports
10. Questions or points raised by residents and members of the public
