NOTICE OF ANNUAL PARISH MEETING FOR
BRACEBRIDGE HEATH
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT
The Annual Parish Meeting for Bracebridge Heath will be held at the Methodist Church Hall on Grantham Road on Monday 22nd May 2023 at 7:00pm
Refreshments available from 6.45pm
Local government electors for the parish will be entitled to vote at the meeting which will be open to the public.
The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows: -
1. Presentation from Anglian Water representatives about the Elsham to Lincoln Pipeline
2. To confirm the minutes of the previous meeting – 25th April 2022
3. To receive a report from the Chairman of the Parish Council
4. To receive a report from Lincolnshire County Councillor Cllr Cawrey
5. To receive reports from North Kesteven District Councillors
6. To note reports from village organisations
7. Questions or points raised by residents and members of the public
