NOTICE OF ANNUAL PARISH MEETING FOR

BRACEBRIDGE HEATH

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT-

The Annual Parish Meeting for Bracebridge Heath will be held at The Heath: Village Hall and Library on Thursday 7th March 2024 at 7:00pm

Refreshments available from 5.30pm

Local government electors for the parish will be entitled to vote at the meeting which will be open to the public.

The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows: -

1. To confirm the minutes of the previous meeting – 22nd May 2023

2. To receive a report from the Chairman of the Parish Council

3. To receive a report from Lincolnshire County Councillor Cllr Cawrey

4. To receive reports from North Kesteven District Councillors

5. To note reports from village organisations

6. Questions or points raised by residents and members of the public
