Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring food and drink?
Yes. You can bring your own food and drink. There is a small kitchen area with an urn and microwave. The kitchen has glassware, crockery and cutlery.
What about alcohol?
You can supply your own alcohol for an event. If you intend to sell alcohol, you will need to obtain a Temporary Event Notice from North Kesteven District Council – see https://www.n-kesteven.gov.uk/business-services-support-licensing/licensing/business-licences-conditions/temporary-event-notice-ten
Can I put up decorations for my party or event?
Yes. You may put up decorations, but these must be put up in a way that will not leave marks on the walls.
Can I have a DJ or entertainment?
Yes. You may book a DJ for your event. We are unable to recommend any entertainment providers.
Can I have a bouncy castle?
You can have a small bouncy castle in the hall. The height from floor to ceiling is 2.5 metres. Please ensure that your bouncy castle is no more than 2 metres to avoid any damage.
Is there a projector or sound system?
No there is no projector or sound system.
Does the building have disabled access?
Yes. The building is fully compliant and has disabled access throughout. There is a separate accessible toilet with a baby change included.
Do you provide chairs and tables?
There are enough chairs and tables for 60 people.
Will someone be on site to open and lock up the pavilion?
Once you have paid the deposit you will be provided with the access information
How do I access the car park?
Once you have paid the deposit you will be provided with the gate code. You will be responsible for locking the gate after your booking.
Is there Wi-fi available?
Yes. Wi-fi is available. Details will be provided once you have paid for your hire.
