Minutes of a meeting of the Environment committee held on 19th August 2019 in the Bracebridge Heath Community Library at 19:00

Present: Cllrs Kilcoyne, Manders, Moran, Smith, Trought, Walker
In attendance: Mrs S Knowles – Clerk to Council 
Two members of public were present

1. To consider apologies for absence and note the reason where appropriate – Nil

2. To receive members’ declarations of disclosable pecuniary, non-disclosable pecuniary or non-pecuniary interests in relation to any agenda item. – Nil

3. To consider planning applications -

• 19/0844/FUL – The Old Brickyard – - It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That Council object to the use of concrete to create a car park outside the building. There are concerns that the use of concrete will increase the risk of flooding for this building and nearby properties. Council would prefer to see a porous material used.
• 19/0912/HOUS - 10 Medland Drive – No comments or objections
• 19/1038/HOUS – 4 Medland Drive - No comments or objections

There being no further business the chairman closed the meeting at 19:15
