Refurbished throughout and fully accessible, The Heath: Village Hall and Library is a bright and modern space to hire.
Booking information
- Being 150m2 and a total capacity of 150 people, the main hall is a popular space for local groups and businesses. With a large kitchen space, toilets and welcoming foyer, the main hall is fully equipped for functions. The main hall also benefits from a large screen, projector and sound system.
- We also have a smaller meeting room available for hire which has a separate entrance, access toilet and kitchen facilities. The meeting room seats up to 15 people.

Additional charges and information
- A refundable deposit of £50 is required for all bookings to confirm.
- For bookings ending after 9pm or lasting 4 hours or longer, the refundable deposit is £100. A separate one off charge of £35 per booking will also be taken for all ad-hoc private hires.

- We offer a discounted rate for residents of Bracebridge Heath. Hirers are expected to prove residency by showing a copy of a utility bill or driving licence with their name and address on.
