Minutes of a meeting of the Planning, Lighting & Roads Committee held in Bracebridge Heath Community Library on 17th December 2018 at 19:00

In attendance Mrs S Knowles, Clerk to Council

1. To consider apologies for absence and note the reason where appropriate – 
It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That apologies for absence be accepted from Cllr Mrs Walker
It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That Cllr Clements’ absence be accepted.

2. To receive members’ declarations of disclosable pecuniary, non-disclosable pecuniary or non-pecuniary interests in relation to any agenda item – 
Cllr Mrs Manders declared a pecuniary interest in matters relating to planning application 18/1953/HOUS.

3. Minutes of the meeting held on 19th November 2018 - It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That the minutes of the meeting held on 19th November 2018 be approved and signed as a true record by the Chairman.

4. To consider planning applications:

The chairmanship was passed to Cllr Mrs Trought at 19:03.

18/1953/HOUS – 21 Bentley Drive– No comments or objections.

The chairmanship was passed back to Cllr Mrs Manders at 19:05.

5. To receive a report on planning decisions received – The report was accepted by members.

6. To consider committee budget requirements for 2019-2020 – It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That the committee budget be set at £11,200.

7. To receive a report on street lighting faults and repairs – No report given.

8. Items for the agenda of the next committee meeting – Highways and roads
