Minutes of a meeting of Neighbourhood Plan sub-committee held on 28th February 2019 in the Bracebridge Heath Community Library at 19:00

Present: Mr Barr, Ms Elwood, Dr Kirk, Cllr Mrs Manders, Cllr Mrs Trought, Cllr Mrs Walker (Chairman)
In attendance: Mrs S Knowles – Clerk to Council 
1 member of the public was present

1. To consider apologies for absence and note the reason where appropriate - It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That apologies for absence be accepted from Mrs Donaldson.

Ms Elwood arrived at the meeting at 19:03.

2. To receive members’ declarations of disclosable pecuniary, non-disclosable pecuniary or non-pecuniary interests in relation to any agenda – Nil.

3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 24th January 2019 - It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That the minutes of the meeting held on 24th January 2019 be approved and signed as a true record by the Chairman.

4. To consider Neighbourhood Plan policies and a draft plan – It was reported that the draft plan had been sent to North Kesteven District Council for a ‘health check’. An update was given on the production of the basic conditions statement.

5. To consider correspondence about the Bracebridge Heath Neighbourhood Plan– Correspondence was received regarding archived maps of the parish. Access to the maps could be gained from the Lincolnshire Archives and it was agreed that this should be investigated.

6. To consider the production of articles for Heathcliff View and the Church News magazine – A verbal report was given

7. To update the progress chart and action list – A verbal report was given. It was agreed that a clearer progress chart should be produced for use on the website.

8. To consider items for the next meeting of the sub-committee – Nil

There being no further business the Chairman closed the meeting at 19:48
