Minutes of a meeting of the Environment committee held on 17th February 2020 in the Bracebridge Heath Community Library at 19:00

Present: Cllrs Adeyemi, Callan, Hauton, Kilcoyne, Manders, Moran, Smith, Trought and Walker.
In attendance: Mrs S Knowles, Clerk to Council and Mrs R Fraser, Assistant Clerk to Council No members of the public present

Questions or points raised by residents- No questions from the public

Committee session

1. To consider apologies and accept valid reasons for absence- It was RESOLVED: That apologies be accepted from Cllr Broad
It was RESOLVED: That apologies be accepted from Cllr Barr
It was RESOLVED: That apologies be accepted from Cllr Marden

2. To receive members’ declarations of disclosable pecuniary, non-disclosable pecuniary or nonpecuniary interests in relation to any agenda item – Nil
It was noted that Cllr Moran would not be participating or commenting on planning application 20/0057/OUT – Land off Sleaford Road.

3. To consider planning application 20/0057/OUT – Land off Sleaford - It was RESOLVED: That Council object to the application. Comments and objections are appended to the minutes of the meeting.
4. Items for the agenda of the next committee meeting – Signage for St John’s hospital cemetery, village heritage trail, Fields in Trust.

There being no further business the chairman closed the meeting at 20:57.
