Minutes of a meeting of the Planning, Lighting & Roads Committee held in Bracebridge Heath Community Library on 21st January 2019 at 19:00

1. To consider apologies for absence and note the reason where appropriate – It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That apologies for absence be accepted from Cllr Clements.

2. To receive members’ declarations of disclosable pecuniary, non-disclosable pecuniary or non-pecuniary interests in relation to any agenda item – Nil

3. Minutes of the meeting held on 17th December 2018 - It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That the minutes of the meeting held on 17th December 2018 be approved and signed as a true record by the Chairman.

4. To consider planning applications:
Cllr Mrs Manders declared a non-pecuniary interest in matters relating to planning application 19/0030/PNH – 15 Grantham Road.

19/0030/PNH – 15 Grantham Road– No comments or objections.

5. To receive a report on planning decisions received – It was requested that correspondence be sent to North Kesteven District Council Planning department regarding application 18/1700/PNDEM.

6. To consider highways and roads – Nil

7. To receive a report on street lighting faults and repairs – Verbal report given

8. Items for the agenda of the next committee meeting - Nil
