19034. TO CONSIDER ANY APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE AND NOTE THE REASON WHERE APPROPRIATE – It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That apologies for absence be accepted from Cllrs Clements, Mrs Stamp & Ward Unanimous

19035. MEMBERS’ CODE OF CONDUCT – The Chairman gave a reminder of the need for members to submit to the Monitoring Officer at North Kesteven District Council any changes to the content of their Register of Member Interests forms and the importance of the Code of Conduct.

19036. TO RECEIVE MEMBERS’ DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY, NON-DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY OR NON-PECUNIARY INTERESTS IN RELATION TO ANY AGENDA ITEM – Nil

19039. TO CONSIDER PARISH COUNCIL COMMITTEE STRUCTURE – It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That the Terms of Reference v1.0 for all new committees be adopted. Unanimous It was agreed that schedule of meetings option 2 be put in place for the forthcoming civic year.

It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That the proposal from Simons for the design and analysis work be accepted at a cost of £2800 + VAT. Council agreed with the recommendation that council members cease to contribute to the parish council’s social media platforms for the duration of the purdah period.

It was agreed that the clerk to council contact Galliford Try regarding their request for volunteering opportunities, specifically for rebuilding the stone wall in the burial ground.
It was reported that correspondence received regarding the school crossing had been passed on to St John’s Primary Academy.

b. To receive reports on training and development attended or completed – Cllr Mrs Manders reported that she had attended the Data Protection / FOI training through LALC. As a result, it was requested that the Data Protection policy be added to the agenda for the next meeting of the Finance and General Purposes committee.
