4. To consider planning applications:
- 19/0253/HOUS– 5 Chichester Road – It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That Council object to the proposed development on the grounds that the extension represents a 78% increase on the original size of the property. Council consider that this is an overdevelopment of the site which is overbearing in size in comparison with neighbouring properties. The proposed development will also result in shading and loss of light for neighbouring properties. Council are concerned that granting permission for this application will set a precedent for other properties on the site.
- 19/0389/TPO- Land adjacent to Red Hall Farm Lane- Council has no objections to the application but do request that a native tree is planted in replacement.
- 19/0164/HOUS– 37 Heath Road – No comments or objections.
- 19/0243/HRN – Manor Farm hedges – No objections. Council would appreciate replacement hedges in native species.
