Minutes of a meeting of Neighbourhood Plan sub-committee held on 22nd November 2018 in the Bracebridge Heath Community Library at 19:00

Present: Mr Barr (Chairman), Cllr Donaldson, Mrs Donaldson, Ms Elwood, Dr Kirk, Cllr Mrs Manders, Cllr Mrs Trought
In attendance: Mrs S Knowles – Clerk to Council, Cllr Mrs Humphrey (observer)

1. To consider apologies for absence and note the reason where appropriate - 

• It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That apologies for absence be accepted from Cllr Mrs Walker
• It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That apologies for absence be accepted from Mrs Mayer

2. To receive members’ declarations of disclosable pecuniary, non-disclosable pecuniary or non-pecuniary interests in relation to any agenda – Nil.

3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 25th October 2018 - It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That the minutes of the meeting held on 25th October 2018 be approved and signed as a true record by the Chairman.

4. To consider sub-committee Terms of Reference– It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That a recommendation be made to Council that the revised Terms of Reference for the sub-committee be adopted.

5. To consider Neighbourhood Plan policies and a draft plan – It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That technical assistance be sought from Locality for the development of design codes.

6. To consider an application for grant funding – A verbal update was given.

7. To consider correspondence about the Bracebridge Heath Neighbourhood Plan – Nil.

8. To consider the production of articles for Heathcliff View and the Church News magazine – No update.

9. To update the progress chart and action list – A verbal report was given.

10. To consider items for the next meeting of the sub-committee – Planning consultant quotes

There being no further business the Chairman closed the meeting at 20:21
