Draft notes of a meeting of Neighbourhood Plan sub-committee held remotely using Zoom on 29th October 2020 at 19:30
Present: Cllr Barr (joined at 19:36), Mrs Donaldson, Cllr Manders and Cllr Trought
In attendance: Mrs S Knowles – Clerk to Council. Cllrs Callan and Moran observed the meeting. No members of public were present
1. To consider apologies and accept valid reasons for absence – It was RESOLVED: That apologies be accepted from Mrs Kempton
2. To receive members’ declarations of disclosable pecuniary, non-disclosable pecuniary or non-pecuniary interests in relation to any agenda item – Nil
3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 21st September 2020 - It was RESOLVED: That minutes dated 21st September 2020 be approved and signed as a true record by the chairman.
4. To consider the Basic Conditions Statement for the Neighbourhood Plan –
Cllr Barr joined the meeting at 19:36.
It was RESOLVED: That subject to changes and amendments agreed, that the Basic Conditions Statement be accepted and adopted.
5. To consider the next steps and refer to Full Council for approval to progress to the Regulation 16 consultation stage– It was RESOLVED: That a recommendation be made to Full Council that the neighbourhood plan be approved to proceed to the Regulation 16 consultation stage.
6. To consider agenda items for the next meeting of the sub-committee – Progress report, any matters referred from Full Council.
