Cllr Val Marden
I was delighted to have been co-opted onto Bracebridge Heath Parish Council in June 2019. My husband and I have lived in Bracebridge Heath for 20 years. We were both officers in the Royal Air Force, working at various bases within Lincolnshire, and stayed here after leaving the Service as Bracebridge Heath is a really great place to live. I am keen to help preserve the identity and heritage of our Village and to enhance its facilities, so I am a member of the Amenities Committee. Now I am no longer working full time I feel I can devote more time to community matters as well as to my diverse charitable commitments.
