Minutes of a meeting of Neighbourhood Plan sub-committee held on 25th April 2019 in the Bracebridge Heath Community Library at 19:00

Present: Mr Barr, Mrs Donaldson, Ms Elwood, Cllr Manders, Cllr Trought, Cllr Walker (Chairman)
In attendance: Mrs S Knowles, Clerk to Council 1 member of the public was present

1. To consider apologies for absence and note the reason where appropriate -  It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That apologies for absence be accepted from Mrs Mayer.

It was reported that Mrs Mayer had submitted notice of resignation from the sub-committee. The chairman thanked Mrs Mayer for assistance to the committee.

2. To receive members’ declarations of disclosable pecuniary, non-disclosable pecuniary or non-pecuniary interests in relation to any agenda – Nil.

3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 28th March 2019 - It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That the minutes of the meeting held on 28th March 2019 be approved and signed as a true record by the chairman.

4. To consider Neighbourhood Plan policies and a draft plan –

Ms Elwood arrived at the meeting at 19:07.

Members agreed that a meeting with NKDC could be arranged during the day. Some changes had been made to the draft plan and further discussions would take place with NKDC’s joint planning committee regarding further amendments. It was requested that maps be obtained from NKDC for inclusion in the plan.

5. To consider correspondence about the Bracebridge Heath Neighbourhood Plan– Nil

6. To consider the production of articles for Heathcliff View and the Church News magazine – Nil

7. To update the progress chart and action list – Nil

8. To consider items for the next meeting of the sub-committee – Nil.

There being no further business the chairman closed the meeting at 19:30
