The business to be transacted will be as follows:-
1. To consider apologies and accept valid reasons for absence.
2. To receive members’ declarations of disclosable pecuniary, non-disclosable pecuniary or non-pecuniary interests in relation to any agenda item.
3. To confirm the minutes of the Amenities committee held on 23rd November 2020.
4. To receive an update and consider next steps on CCTV at the recreation ground.
5. To consider the reopening of the Council’s facilities.
a) The Pavilion.
b) The Community Library.
6. To consider the schedule and specification for hedge cutting requirements.
7. To receive an update and consider play park repairs.
8. Items for the agenda of the next committee meeting
