NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the above meeting. The business to be transacted will be as follows: -
1. To consider apologies and accept valid reasons for absence.
2. Declarations of interest
a) To receive members’ declarations of interest in accordance with the adopted Code of Conduct
b) To receive and consider members’ requests for dispensations in accordance with the adopted Code of Conduct and Standing Orders.
3. To confirm the minutes of the Amenities committee held on 30th November 2021.
4. To receive a report on Playpark repairs and consider any actions required.
5. To consider the Pavilion.
a) To consider the hire of an additional lockable cabin for flammables.
6. To receive a report on the library.
7. To consider joining the NKDC Garden Waste Scheme.

8. To consider the purchase of new football goal posts.
