a. To receive members’ declarations of interest in accordance with the adopted Code of Conduct
b. To receive and consider members’ requests for dispensations in accordance with the adopted Code of Conduct and Standing Orders.
3. To confirm the minutes of the Environment committee held on 18th October 2021.
4. To consider planning applications.
5. To receive a report on planning decisions.
6. To consider the Environment Committee Action Plan.
7. To consider the Environment Committee Budget for the financial year 2022 – 2023.
8. Items for the agenda for the next committee meeting.
