Minutes - Neighbourhood Plan sub-committee - 22 September 2021
Draft notes of a meeting of Neighbourhood Plan sub-committee held in the Bracebridge Heath Community Library on 22nd September 2021 at 13.30
Present: Mrs Donaldson, Cllr Manders and Cllr Trought.
In attendance: Mrs S Knowles – Clerk to Council. Cllr Callan observed the meeting. No members of public were present
As the officers for the sub-committee had not yet been elected yet for the civic year, the meeting elected a Chairman for the meeting.
It was RESOLVED: That Mrs Donaldson be elected as chairman for the meeting.
1. To consider apologies and accept valid reasons for absence – It was RESOLVED: That apologies be accepted from Cllr Walker.
It was RESOLVED: That apologies be accepted from Mrs Kempton.
It was RESOLVED: That apologies be accepted from Ms Elwood.
2. To receive members’ declarations of disclosable pecuniary, non-disclosable pecuniary or non-pecuniary interests in relation to
any agenda item – Nil
3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 28th April 2021 It was RESOLVED: That minutes dated 28th April 2021 be approved and signed as a true record by the Chairman.
4. To consider a response to the independent examiner’s initial enquiries - It was RESOLVED: That the response drafted and amended during the meeting be accepted and sent to the independent examiner.
5. To consider agenda items for the next meeting of the sub-committee – Publicity of the plan and progress.
There being no further business the meeting closed at 14.39
