NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the above meeting.
The business to be transacted will be as follows: -
1. To consider apologies and accept valid reasons for absence.
2. To receive members’ declarations of disclosable pecuniary, non-disclosable pecuniary or non-pecuniary interests in relation to any agenda item.
3. To confirm the minutes of the Amenities committee held on 22nd March 2021.
4. To receive a report from the annual play park inspection and consider actions.
5. To consider signage for recreation facilities.
6. To receive an update on allotments.
7. To consider schedules for grass cutting and areas for rewilding.
8. To consider purchase of new furniture at the Pavilion.
9. To consider progress of community building redevelopment.
10. Items for the agenda of the next committee meeting
Items of a confidential nature to be debated in the absence of the press and public. {As per the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings Act) 1960}.
Members of the press and public will be asked to leave the meeting at this point.
11. To consider quotes for:
a. Fixed wire testing at the Pavilion.
b. Removal of old CCTV wiring and other electrical works
c. Replacement fire doors at the pavilion.
d. Regular grounds maintenance tasks.
