1. To consider apologies and accept valid reasons for absence
2. To receive members’ declarations of disclosable pecuniary, non-disclosable pecuniary or non-pecuniary interests in relation to any agenda item.
3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 15th March 2021
4. To determine a preferred examiner for the Neighbourhood Plan and recommend the appointment to Full Council
5. To consider the progress of the Neighbourhood Plan and to recommend to Full Council that the plan be submitted for independent examination
6. To consider agenda items for the next meeting of the sub-committee
